Individual Tournament Sundays Final – 23rd July 2023

Here is the Order of Play for this Sunday’s Finals Day, naturally if anyone has any queries, then just ask me.

Order of play

Hopefully the weather will hold out, but I have everyone’s phone numbers, and you have mine if I have to make any last minute decisions and calls.

Thank you all for entering, the more entries that there are actually makes the organising easier, as I’m not scrambling and asking people to play, we’ve actually had an increase in entrants for 2023 to 61 players from 46 entrants in 2022, so that’s a great percentage increase, especially as there were at least 10 players who entered in 2022 who did not enter in 2023.

There was only one doubles event that had only one couple entering, so congratulations to Lauren McCluskey and Suzanne Lawler from Sphynx who won the Restricted Ladies Doubles without having to serve a ball.

So keep spreading the word, so we can have even more entries in 2024.

Even if you have not made it to a Final in 2023, you’re all welcome to come and support the Finals Day, and for all; bring your family and friends, for those who have not been to Southbank, we have plenty of space to watch the matches, although probably a good idea if you bring your own chairs and refreshments.

See you all on Sunday.
